Demand Letter Templates: First Demand and Final Notice
What this is: two fill-in-the-blank letters for step 4 of the roadmap: a first demand and a final notice. A clear demand letter sometimes gets you paid without court, and many claim forms ask whether you asked for payment first.
How to use it: fill in every [bracket], keep it factual and polite, attach copies (never originals) of your proof, and send it in a way that proves delivery, such as certified mail with a return receipt or a courier that collects a signature. Keep a copy and the receipt. Some laws set their own notice period or content for certain claims; check your court's rules before you pick your deadline.
